The Fort Riley Outdoorsmen Group (The FROG) was founded in
2005 for the purpose of promoting conservation and outdoor
recreation on Fort Riley.
The above picture is of the 6-Lane Static & 40 Target 3-D Archery
Ranges co-located with the Trap/Skeet Range at Range 34 on Vinton
School Road. These archery ranges are operational from sun-up to
sun-down daily by utilizing the automated check-in/check-out Fort
Riley iSportsman system. Check out the Ranges page for more
details.
Since our start, we have grown into a strong coalition of Sportsmen
and Sportswomen who work hard to promote outdoor recreation
and conservation on post for soldiers, families, our civilian
workforce, and our community neighbors.
We do this through events and projects such as:
